Billing and Payment Changes

PWS has recently changed billing software and credit card payment processors to improve system reliability and offer a higher level of customer service to its members.  To make a payment online or through the automated phone system you will need both a CUSTOMER # and PIN # which are located on the new billing statements.

Unfortunately, due to these changes all previous online member profiles are no longer accessible and any previously online set up recurring payment options are no longer active.  This does not affect ACH payments (bank draft) that have been signed up for in the office. 

The payment portal will currently only accept a one-time payment using your CUSTOMER # and PIN #.  In the coming weeks the payment portal will allow members to set up a new profile for recurring payments, to sign up for e-statements, or to view bill history.
