Billing Issue

PWS is aware that some bills sent out to members are in error. These bills are associated with water meters that had stopped working and were changed out. An associated billing software issue was preventing the upload of data from the new meters. When the software issue was corrected, the bill showed all the water used through that meter since it was installed cumulatively in one monthly billing. If you believe your bill is incorrect, please email customerservice@pacewater.org or stop in and talk to a representative in person. Please be patient as our representatives are helping members as quickly as possible. With thousands of members impacted, our staff is working diligently to correct accounts.
