Online bill payment is now active!

Due to the incoming rain, the project is starting Monday. Beginning January 15th, traffic on Woodbine Road in front of Pace Water System will be detoured to allow the installation of a new 8" diameter water line, a 12" diameter reclaim line, and a 42" diameter gravity sewer line. These upgrades are necessary to keep up with the continued growth in the Pace area.

April bills are scheduled to go out on Monday, April 29th. Due to on-going software issues, sewer averaging will not be recalculated this spring. After June 1st, we will evaluate sewer averaging on an individual basis as requested.
Please be patient, as there are some billing software issues currently being worked on. If you signed up for automatic payments, give us a few days as we work to correct some issues with the billing software.
In some cases that are signed up for automatic payments, the February bill was debited, but the March bill was not.
Billing update: There is an issue with the current balance showing $0.00 on the website. At the top right of the screen is a "Refresh" button. Click this button and the total due will update.
Both of these issues have been reported to the software company, and they are working on the problem. Due to billing issues, there will be no late fees or cut-offs in April!
