Online bill payment is now active!

Due to recent Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements regarding Lead and Copper Rule Revisions, Pace Water System (PWS) is starting a Lead Service Line Inventory on homes built before 1/1/1987. Customers who live in homes built before this date may see PWS Personnel inspecting the piping on both sides of their water meter to verify no lead presence. Please do not be alarmed if this inspection is performed at your home.

April bills are scheduled to go out on Monday, April 29th. Due to on-going software issues, sewer averaging will not be recalculated this spring. After June 1st, we will evaluate sewer averaging on an individual basis as requested.
Please be patient, as there are some billing software issues currently being worked on. If you signed up for automatic payments, give us a few days as we work to correct some issues with the billing software.
In some cases that are signed up for automatic payments, the February bill was debited, but the March bill was not.
Billing update: There is an issue with the current balance showing $0.00 on the website. At the top right of the screen is a "Refresh" button. Click this button and the total due will update.
Both of these issues have been reported to the software company, and they are working on the problem. Due to billing issues, there will be no late fees or cut-offs in April!
