Please be patient, as there are some billing software issues currently being worked on. If you signed up for automatic payments, give us a few days as we work to correct some issues with the billing software.
In some cases that are signed up for automatic payments, the February bill was debited, but the March bill was not.
Billing update: There is an issue with the current balance showing $0.00 on the website. At the top right of the screen is a "Refresh" button. Click this button and the total due will update.
Both of these issues have been reported to the software company, and they are working on the problem. Due to billing issues, there will be no late fees or cut-offs in April!
