Covid-19 Update

Effective April 9, 2020, PWS implemented a work rotation of its employees reducing our working staff to half-staff.  This change is a precaution to ensure that if an employee(s) is exposed or gets sick we are only risking exposure to half of the employees in that department or on staff at the time.  This procedure ensures business continuity in our operation maintaining water and sewer service for our members.  However, during this time some service requests may take longer than normal due to prioritization of service orders.  

PWS employees are dedicated to maintaining a safe and reliable drinking water and wastewater system for our members.

Effective March 23, 2020, the walk-in area of PWS's customer service is closed for all client walk-in assistance and in-person appointments until further notice.  

Customers may reach customer service by calling 850-994-5129 and pressing the number 7 when the automated attendant answers or by emailing customerservice@pacewater.org.  

Customers are encouraged to utilize electronic options to pay their bills that do not require in-person exposure.  All forms are available on PWS's website under Forms and Reports.  Forms may be downloaded, completed, scanned and emailed back or dropped off at the drive-through.
