Provide Access to Your Meter

Please be aware of the area around your meter. This area should be clear of bushes, ground cover, overgrown landscaping, and construction debris. It is the member's responsibility to provide clear access to the meter at all times.
Each water meter sends a radio signal to a receiver with the water usage to get the meter read. If we find a meter that is not getting a clear signal due to an obstruction we will notify the member. The obstruction will need to be cleared by the next billing cycle to avoid a service charge.
Providing clear access to your meter will benefit the water system when retrieving daily reads and will benefit the member in case of an emergency and the water should need to be shut off quickly.
